I’m having some weird problems with VST drums (MT Power Drumkit 2) that I’m trying to program, specifically when duplicating sections. For some reason, every time I copy and paste a section, Cubase pastes multiple copies of each note on top of one another. The rhythm itself doesn’t change, but every note is much louder than it’s supposed to be.
To clarify, I can copy and paste the section to the right places, but every time I do, more than one copy is placed. The amount of copies that show up is seemingly random, usually ranging from 4 to 6. It’s been doing this using both ctrl+c/ctrl+v as well as ctrl+d. In order to delete a part, I need to select and delete each copy individually.
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be happening? Hopefully I’ve explained the problem clearly enough, I’m having trouble wrapping my head around it myself.
