Receiving a legit MOV file from a legit film production company which I’ve successfully worked with for the past 6+ years. Can’t import the videos in MOV format that they are sending to me. Why? When I go to “Import video file” and single-click on such a video file in the video import dialog box, I see “The file is invalid or not supported” in the lower left corner of the dialog box. But the video file is fine, it opens in other audio and video programs and plays with no problems. Why not in Cubase?
Please help me with this, this is a ridiculous situation!
