Cubase 11 and elicence control center problems

Is anyone experiencing these problem with cubase 11

Cubase not starting up and when it does it hangs when closing.

elicencer error

Licence not appearing on elicencer

elicencer red light goes off when closing cubase.

I have reinstall both cubase and elicencer multiple times actually too many times

Hi,

How old is your USB-eLicenser? Is it connected via USB hub (active or passive) or directly to the computer?

I have had the USB for a while now. I have tried it both directly and in a hub same results.
