Cubase 11 Auto records when I hit play

Can’t find a topic exactly like this. I have no tracks armed for recording. I rewind to start. When I hit 'PLAY", the RECORD button lilghts up. I must have hit something accidentally because this has never happened before. Any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks.

How do you hit Play, please? Do you use a Key Command or the Transport button, or hardware controller?
