Cubase 11 does not recognize 64 bit plugins

Hi I bought a sylenth1 64 bit plug I installed it in the vst folder and the software does not recognize it. It does not appear in the blacklist. Is there a solution?

Have you tried to rescan the plugins? Studio → VST-Plugin-Manager

make sure you installed it into a folder that Cubase checks for instruments too. you can see those active locations in the plugin manager @DAC_Protogen posted a pic of.
