Cubase 11 no valid license

I Just bought cubase 11 and i keeping geting this error : no valid license found. the program will quit now, please help me with this

First - Which version of cubase 11 ?

do you have elicencer (dongle) - you need this for the PRO verson

Do you have the Steinberg Download Assistant installed ?

Do you have an Download Code or Activation Code - this should have been supplied when you bought it.
