Hello guys
My cubase 10 pro keeping giving me a pop whenever I try importing a video.
The pop up message is “video engine cannot be initialized”
It’s not clear what version you have (10, 10.5, 11?), or which OS you’re running on (Mac/Win7/Win10)?
Also is this a new install or existing?
Make sure you have the latest version of Cubase installed, as it sounds like the video engine component is either not installed, or not compatible and needs an update perhaps? Video component is part of the install.
