When I open a project I recently recorded in cubase 11 pro, the stereo out bus meter is cranked without even playing it but no sound comes out. When I do play it all of my meters indicate they are playing the project correctly except the stereo out bus, which indicates it is cranked whether the project is playing or not. I checked everything I can think of… nothing is muted, routing is correct… plus all of my other cubase projects play just fine. Any ideas or suggestions?
Update: In my audio connections output settings I switched device from my discrete 8 ASIO driver to “not connected” and back to my discrete 8 and now everything is working properly.
