Cubase 11 safe mode issue help me plz!

I just updated cubase 10 to 11

and 10 works well but when i open cubase 11

it automatically starts with safe mode

i did all 3 kinds of starting way ( deactivate third party plug-ins, Use current program pref, disalbe program pref) and Also did pushing cancel botton on safe mode window and just start regurally

but always it shuted down when i click ‘channel strip’ or ‘eq’ button on channel setting window

and also i draw something on project with pencil tool, i dont know exactly what occurs the shut down

help me plz

how do i solve it

yeah! in safe mode window it shows up!

if you are on windows looks in you Windows Event Log (application log)
