Cubase 12.0.10 crash upload does not work

Hi, cubase 12 crashes regularly when i close or open a project. Then it starts again and i have the option to send log files to steinberg. However, in the shell output it says that the upload fails. I think you will miss a lot of feedback of users.

Most of the crashes are in the com.kiloHearts.HeartCore plug-in. Please, get in touch with the plug-in vendor.

One crash was also in NI Massive.
