Cubase 12.0.30 hangs on project close & shutdown

Decided to update from 12.0.10 to 12.0.30. Even with simple projects (no new VSTs or effects-and all up to date) I now have to end Cubase in task manager to shut it down.

Didn’t have this issue with V12.0.10

Have dedicated Win 10 21H2 DAW system
