Cubase 12.0.40 Crashes . regularly freezes and wont shut down

hey everyone, since the last update i frequently have more crashes
I wonder if you guys could help me figure out what am I missing
im working on Windows 10 ,64 ram

The crash in this particular crash dump appears to be related to Kontakt 7.
