Probably doesn’t have to do with updates.
You should be able to kill the SYNSOPOS.exe process to reset.
(It also stands for Point of Sale, and Property of the State, and others)
it’s working fine now, had to run license manager as admin, when I updated the libraries it updated the LM as well… 1st time you run LM for some reason it has to run as admin.
just to make sure I rebooted the PC, still works fine …
