Nach Update auf Monterey startet mein Cubase 12 nicht und gibt eine Fehlermeldung

ich habe auf das 12er upgedatet. davor hatte ich die probleme schon mit dem 10.5.

hier die Fehlermeldung vom 10.5, die vom 12er liest sich ähnlich.

Ich habe das neue Plugin Native für mein Audiointerface geladen, Cubase lief einmal.
Bei erneutem Start kam die Fehlermeldung:

Hallo Jürgen.
Ich habe völlig unbedacht von BigSur auf Monterey upgedatet.
Dann hat mein AudioInterface nicht mehr funktioniert, weil UAD noch kein Plugin entwickelt hatte.
Jetzt kam vor kurzem das Plugin … installiert.
Cubase 10.5 geöffnet. Lief… Am nächsten Tag folgende Fehlermeldung.
Gestern habe ich auf C12 upgedatet das gleich Problem. Die Fehlermeldung von C12 kann ich dir später schicken, wenn ich zuhause bin.

Ok, grob gesagt, das ist ein Fehler beim Zugriff auf den Speicher in deinem Rechner. Ein sogenannter Segmentation Fault tritt im Prinzip dann auf wenn ein Prozess auf einen Speicherbereich zugreift der ihm nicht gehört, da knallt es dann. Sieht man auch an den “malloc” Zeilen, das sind “Memory Allocation” Zugriffe.

Da du sagst das dieses Problem mit dem neuen Plugin für dein Audiointerface entstanden ist, würde ich erstmal versuchen das zu deinstallieren und zu testen ob danach wieder alles läuft. Im Zweifelsfall auch Cubase neu installieren und OHNE das Audiointerface testen.

Wenn Cubase dann läuft ist das Plugin offensichtlich das Problem. Um dann dafür eine Lösung zu bekommen müsstest du dich allerdings mit dem Support deines Audiointerface Herstellers in Verbindung setzen und auch Steinberg. Nur die können das Problem beheben, bzw. vollständig analysieren.
