I hope you are well. I’m contacting you because each time I launch Cubase, my PC crashes and restarts immediately. I receive a blue screen with the following error:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B) What failed: EShareAudio.sys
are you sure you need the EShare app on your system? After a quick online research I am not sure if this is an app you’d want to have on your PC.
Anyways, why don’t you just disable it? Or at least you could prevent it from getting starting whenever you fire up your PC by taking it out of the AutoStart list:
Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
Navigate to Apps > Startup.
You will see a list of apps with a toggle switch to enable or disable them from starting with Windows
This way you can launch the app whenever it is needed and it won’t interfere with Cubase.
wanted to inform you that the issue was indeed caused by the E-Share application. After uninstalling it, Cubase now works normally and no longer causes my PC to restart.
