@dman2014 No one is going to tell you that. That is why they list minimum requirements.
It may or may not work on a lower OS build. I guess it depends on what you consider “works okay” is? It may work fine on one users rig but not on another. I.e. it’s a gamble.
One can only assume there is a reason for stating minimum requirements.
I’m guessing you have a strong reason for not updating your OS?

Yes, I do have good reasons for staying on 1909. I’ll stick with Cubase 11 :frowning:
