CPU is at max load with only a few tracks

I’m simply can not use the software at the moment
have Steinberg even addressed this issue or have they buried their head in the sand
Anyone else having the same experience.

Tried that first thing i did, my system is set to max performance no power saving on
the issue is still there
11 was working fine , its 12
