Cubase 12 Crossgrade verification delays

I am trying to organise a crossgrade from Logic to Cubase Pro 12 for one of my clients. We placed an order through the store a week ago and submitted a logic invoice as proof of ownership. Have had no communication from the store past the acknowledgment. The only option to contact support is to contact Yamaha Australia who are the support agents in out region,via phone, but they have not returned our call either.


I haven’t done the crossgrade but I have contacted Yamaha Australia for support a couple of times before and they do take a week or two to get back to you via email.
