Hello Cristina! I had exactly the same issue, and effectively updating the Windows 10 to 21H2 it got solved, and thanks Arne for the information. The Windows update is available in the Microsoft Windows 10 website.

I’m wondering if many of these stability issues reported regarding C12 on Windows is due to older versions of Win 10 and Win 11 where the user is unaware of this.
C12 (so far) has been running just fine for me.

Recently, when i bought my new pc, i downloaded
the windows 10 iso grom microsoft ,just 2 weeks ago,
so i hope my installed windows is the newest version ?.
Most likely not. Microsoft releases updates to Windows fairly frequently and including these updates in every ISO file isn’t feasible.
To see if your Windows is up to date with the latest updates, click on the start icon and type “Check for updates”.
