hello, i bought cubase 12 elements via bank transfer payment and so far i still haven’t received the activation key. they say to put the payment code and indicate how to end the application but they don’t explain where to do it. I need help because I think that the €99.99 I paid will no longer see them and I won’t have the software that I already paid for by bank transfer.

You need to go to the Steinberg Online Store (which is run by a 3rd party & not Steinberg) and use their Help link.
