Cubase 12 groove agent crash

Cubase 12.0.40.317 64bit 2022.10.2 0.21.01.630.dmp (833.3 KB)
I have cubase 12 installed on a mac book pro retina late 2013 with windows 10. Everything works fine until I load a preset into the groove agent and the program crashes.

also i cant see groove agent in the steinberg library manager.

Please make sure that you have downloaded the Groove Agent SE 5 content by clicking your version of Cubase 12 in the Steinberg Download Assistant. I would also recommend updating the plugin.
