Cubase 12 has stopped working!

Hi all,
I had Cubase AI 11 and graded to elements 12 via the Steinberg website on Friday. It was working fine until today when I launched 12 and it said no licenses found! Upon checking my elicenser my elements 12 has disappeared and is now replaced with elements 11 not upgradable. In the license activation manager it shows elements 12 as does my account page showing it on one computer in the license products menu. I have tried to submit a support ticket but that just goes round in a never ending circle.

Hi… Have you checked the activation manager to see if Cubase 12 shows as having been activated?

Hi mate,
yep it shows as activated, also in my account on the Steinberg website it shows as activated to one computer with a code of some description underneath it!
