…while reformatting i have lost one license, is there a way from steinberg to reset the licenses to be able to use the 3rd one again ?

Yeah normally you should deactivate the license when u do something like formatting or smth… but I believe in that case u need to contact the support for deactivating your your license there
…so many time on elicenser, i forgot to deactivate…i will try to contact steinberg, regards
