Cubase 12 / Mac: Crashes out of the blue

Hi there,

I updated to the newest 12.0.51 release on monday and finished a project on tuesday. Today I tried to open it again and am unable to do so. Cubase crashes right in the middle (or after?) loading EastWest and NI instruments which I haven’t updated in the last 3 weeks…

I would just roll back to 12.0.50.

This was apparently not the solution. Cubase still crashes with an identical crash report

Seems like the only plugin causing this crash is KONTAKT

I also installed 12.0.51 again as it didn’t seem to make any difference.

After re-installing KONTAKT and Native Access, the problem still persists. I forwarded this issue to NI Support
