Cubase 12 Midi Remote "Peak" option for Selected track?

Can anyone tell me what the “peak” option is

Hi,

This is feedback to the hardware. On the Meters, there is the red light, if the track peaks. You can show this peak also on the HW controller (switch red LED on or something else) in this case.
