I have Cubase 11 Pro, I activated in on Dec 03, 2021. Today I downloaded Cubase 12 Pro. I went to start it, and it stalls at “Checking Licenses…” It opens Steinberg Activation Manager and says “No License Found”. I opened eLicenser Control Center and “Online Synchronization & Maintenance” fails every time I try. Please help.

The process for getting your grace period update to Cubase 12 is described here:
However, a word of caution that our eLicenser servers are extremely busy at the moment and you may have to try again later if you see any messages about not being able to connect to the servers.
