Cubase 12 not showing third party samples on the right zone

The issue is very simple. There are 2 pictures attached.

#1 Cubase 12 right zone

#2 Cubase 10.5 right zone

As you can see none of the sample contents are shown in Cucbase 12 but 10.5 does. This happened when I tried to use 11 as well and it kept me away from using 11. I changed project sample rate in 12 but no luck. However, some samples are properly shown. I don’t really know what’s wrong with it. Please help.

People still have no idea what the cause is and so do Steinberg support.

I don’t know what causes your problem, but the images you present are not helpful.

The entire whole zone, including everything you can see is what the forum needs to see.

Ok, I think it doesn’t really matter and not related at all but here it is the entire screen I see
