I would like to ask, if it is possible, or how it works, when I want to have Cubase 12 on my PC, where I want to do editing, mixing or mastering, and also on my laptop for recording in practise room, which is not so good at numbers(CPU,RAM,…).
Do I have to make another account and rebuy it, or is there any other option?

No, the new licensing system allows you to activate your Steinberg software on up to 3 computers simultaneously. All you have to do is run the Steinberg Activation Manager and sign-in to your MySteinberg on both of your computers.
So, this does NOT work on Steinberg products without new licence? Curious.

Simultaneous no, but you can move your elicenser key freely to different computers. I’m still using elicenser products in 2 computers without problems (a Mac and a PC).
