Hi, so I just bought Cubase 12 Pro and there is a bunch of “Optional” content in the download assistant. Do I need to purchase additional licenses to use this? Is it included with my Cubase 12 Pro purchase?
I don’t want to install instruments/content I don’t have licenses for.

No, you don’t. Everything what is under the Cubase > Cubase Pro 12 in the Steinberg Download Assistant, you can use with your Cubase Pro 12 license.
It is “optional” in the sense that Cubase will function properly with out it. So you only need to download it if you intend to use that content.
