A little late but… it’s frustrating, if you do routing it’s not recommended to disable the traces.
Yeah, I encountered ‘errors’ only dealing with side-chain inputs and the parameters…
So at later mixing stage/mastering stage,
I do get frustrated… because fine-increment editing is key then… oh well,
I will patiently wait for the fix hopefully soon 
*One of the reasons I always, force myself to print… even I delete so many MBs/GBs after… because sometimes I cannot trust Cubase’s own routing complex haha…
