Cubase 12 taking loong time to render

Cubase 12 taking loong time to render a stereo out… won’t abort.
Muuch longer than CB11.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Win-10
Intel i7 8700k, 32Gig mem.

Yes I have noticed this, seems about 80% longer than 11.
