Hi,

What licence exactly did you buy, please? What did you install? Did you activate the licence?

Having the same issue. I have reinstalled Windows and now Cubase won’t run. I have followed all the steps to Reactivate and even used the ELC Installation Helper but even though I have registered my software and activated it, I’m still getting the error message on Cubase

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Cubase 12 is not using eLCC anymore.

Start Steinberg Activation Manager and log in. You should see the license and you should be able to start Cubase.
