I haven’t downloaded this trial until today, but apparently, since I said yes back in November on my account it is saying that the trial has ended. I have just downloaded all of the contents so my question is do I have to go through downloading all over again or can you do something on your end?

Downloading has nothing to do with the Trial version time-period.
How does it look like in the Steinberg Download Assistant, please?
Okay, so how do I get a trial at this point. I have clicked “download all” and have gone through what I thought the process was to install. This is what I see when going back to the Steinberg Download Assistant.

Nope, I have installed again and multiple Steinberg files are present but “Cubase” dosent show up. And when I open the Steinberg manager its says “tial ended”.
I went to the same issue last september (Cubase 12 Pro Trial).
I solved the issue by raising a ticket support, explaining the delay between the download and the actual Trial installation. Steinberg crew answered in a good way by simply reactivating the Trial licence. I upgraded few weeks later, after this…
