Cubase 13 crashing on duplicating tracks, continued problem from v12

Cubase 13.0.41 crashes Randomly (On hub, on loading projects, on closing)

I installed all Windows Updates. Yes, all dumps from Windows10 where many 3rd party plugins. Tonex, GK Amplfn3…hmmm… They worked right , correctly in other DAWs. All plugins worked in other DAWs, I tested, but not Halion!( Let`s turn look on the new system with Windows11- only Cubase 13.0.41, steinberg plugins and TH-U: !THE SAME RANDOM DROPUTS!
