When I open the Cubase 12 project with Cubase 13, save it and close the project, Cubase 13 goes to Cubase Pro hub and freezes. This has happened every time. What to do to prevent this happening?

Today I got eLicenser error message: “Application ‘Groove Agent Studio Kit SE’ has caused the following error: An unknown interapplication communication error occured. In case the problem persists, please close all applications and restart your computer.”

Do you have the latest Groove Agent installed, please? Is it using Steinberg Activation Manager? Is your eLCC up to date, please?

I installed latest versions of Groove Agent and Halion yesterday. After that Cubase 13 didn’t freeze after closing. I must do some more testing, when I have time. In Activation Manager I have Absolute 6 activated. I think that includes also Groove Agent.
Another question. After installing Cubase 13 and some VST instruments C-drive of my computer is getting fuller. It seems that Halion content, Groove Agent content (The Kit for example) and vstsounds are taking quite a lot room. Is it possible to move them to D-drive, which has a lot of space? What would be the procedure? How can Halion and Groove Agent find them from D-drive? Do Halion and Groove Agent work properly after this change?
