Cubase 13 Grace Period From Cubase 11

I purchased Cubase 11, received Download Access Code, but have never installed or activated it.

Am I eligible for a free update to Cubase 13?

Yes, the Grace Period applies to any Cubase version.

I registered in July and can’t help thinking I would have qualified has the shop not broken!!

I’m sorry, you missed the Grace Period. But it’s Steinberg’s kindness to offer it in general. So it’s also Steinberg’s right to set it to any date, they want to.

It’s no big deal, I bought it anyway but was just a thought I wanted to get out there at some point, I may had never been eligible.

Yes. It is always based on activation date, not purchase date.
