Cubase 13 issue. Extension not fully visible

In Cubase Pro 13.0.20 the lower part of extension (Melodyne) is not visible.

How to reproduce:

  • open Cubase Pro 13.0.20 in Windows 10
  • set Melodyne as extension
  • lower scrollbar is hidden behind windows taskbar

This issue is only in Cubase 13. It works fine in Cubase 12.

I added a screenshot with comparison between Cubase 12 and 13.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any workarounds?

I guess Cubase saves the last used position and size of the Melodyne window and restores them next time it’s opened. Maybe the heights of the ARA windows differ slightly between Cubase 12 and 13 and therefore don’t fit completely in the visible area.
It should help to manually resize or reposition the window once so that everything is visible. If the windows of ARA extensions had a maximize button, this would be much easier.

Unfortunately I could not find a way to resize the ARA window neither from Cubase or Melodyne settings. The only way I can use Melodyne, is to open it in a lower Zone but this is not ideal.

Yes, that’s right. According to your screenshot, you’ve detached the window from the lower zone by clicking on the arrow button in the upper right corner. In this state, it should be possible to drag the window edges and resize it this way. If you can’t reach the edges, it might help to move the whole window by dragging its title bar.
