Cubase 13 not recognising LaunchKey 25 Mk3, keyboard is plugged directly into the computer by USB, no recognition in the remote midi mapper, says it is unconnected. Windows 10, usb 3.0, Cubase 13 latest build, firmware update for Launchkey downloaded and the keyboard reset to factory settings, still nothing. Anyone with the same issues, spend more time trying to get stuff working rather than writing and recording.
Same issue here with LK 62 MKIII… Started these days after running well for a long while… I still can’t guess why
