Cubase 13 PRO Download Access Code is already consumed by another user.

Hello, I bought the product. Cubase 13 PRO from www.muziker.hr , package arrived in which there was an unopened LICENSE REDEMPTION CARD with a Download Access Code, when I entered the code, I got an error:

Download Access Code is already consumed by another user.

I immediately contacted Muziker. hr, they replied with a message, I quote:

In that case you should contact the manufacturer’s customer support,

who can help you with the installation.

In my profile on the Steinberg website this is listed as Support for my country (Croatia):

Yamaha Music Europe GmbH

So only I have is the name, Yamaha Music Europe GmbH

no link

I had to google myself to find this link:

https://europe.yamaha.com/en/support/contacts/index.html

I sent a request there for a solution to my problem and am now waiting for a response.

I ask myself, and Steinberg, why is there no direct support for European Union countries? I’m sure that those who buy Cubase know how to communicate in English, so that situations like this could be resolved practically in a few minutes, and not have to wait days or weeks for a solution.

I don’t know at all if I contacted the right email for help, I would appreciate it if someone could help with this issue.

Thank you

It’s great that some countries like France have direct support, given how popular tools like Cubase are. Speaking of France, I recently came across this interesting resource on tourism there Tourism In France Statistics 2023: All You Need To Know | GoWithGuide. It’s fascinating how the country is so well-organized in many areas. Hopefully, they can take a similar approach to expand direct support to more EU countries in the future - it would really help users like @Miroslav_Filipovic
