Cubase 13 pro, groove agent license not found

Hi I am attempting to access the grrove agent as I am trying to make a beat for a drill track for a uni friend as a test to teach myself this new software as I am used and trained on logic but can not afford the apple tax xD. Any help would be of great help, I am sure I have the license as I bought the pro version

If you own Cubase 13 license, make sure, you have the latest Groove Agent 5 installed, please.

okay i have installed and have that now working however I am now getting a red sign which is stopping me from using these samples
