Sometimes my Cubase freezes when I start it up usually on hub or creat new project window.

I’m not necessarily an expert on examining dump files, but since you haven’t seen a response so far, I’ve tried to have a look.
And it seems that the issue might be the Windows MIDI drivers. (wdmaud.drv)

In a nutshell, if it’s indeed the same issue you’re having, it’s related to the ancient Windows MIDI Drivers hitting a maximum. But that can be increased with a little utility program (increase the MMCSS thread limitation), that Steinberg posted here:
The issue indeed seems to be the Windows MIDI driver. Have you already checked if it works with WinRT enabled? Although some users report problems with it as well, it might be worth a try.
Seems like the issue was indeed caused by a faulty midi interface or usb clash.
