Cubase 13 pro sluggish editing in key editor -- can't grab or move notes quickly

Hi,
I just got back to using Cubase 13 after not for a while. I do a lot of note editing in the Key (piano roll) editor – lengthing notes, moving notes etc. With Cubase 13.0.41 it seems like I have to work extra hard – my mouse takes a couple of trys to grab a note or lengthen a note. It’s almose like the notes are stuck to the background with glue and I have to dislodge them before I can move them. Anybody else having this problem? Thanks.

What is your system? Sounds more like a system processing lag rather than software…

It was a problem with my Wacom driver. I installed new firmware and driver and the problem went away.
