I bought 13 to 14 upgrade, and when I try to enter my Download Access Code, it’s only leading me to the error message “You eneted a Download Access Code for a product upgrade but you do not own a license to which this upgrade can be applied.”
I’m obviously using 13Pro, no kidding but what is the problem?
Are you 100% sure you bought the correct upgrade?
Logged into download manager with the correct account?
If you open activation manager does your C13 license show as activated?
(Actually it shows this in download manager already doesn’t it…not able to check atm)
I updated to Cubase Pro 13 last year, and my invoice also said I got the Pro update 
And my C13 license is alive!!!
Is there any possibility that this is because of e-licenser ends in 2025?
No it’s nothing to do with the elicenser.
Can you screencap the software that’s showing your c13 Pro license as activated?
