Cubase 13 PRO - Track Insert issue

Hello all, i have an issue I have never seen this before.
my track insert looks strange and I can’t open or modify inserts anymore. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi Klaus,
that’s the Routing section of the Inserts tab. At the bottom of the panel, you can switch back to the default section:
