Cubase 13 sustain pedal with Akai MPK 261

Hello, My sustain pedal doesn’t work in Cubase 13 pro, i have an Akai MPK 261 key. It works in any other DAWs i own. Someone can help ?

Few questions :

  • Do you have a visual feedback of eventual MIDI messages coming in Cubase (Transport bar > Input/Output activity) ?
  • Have you tried to record a MIDI part, using the pedal, and if so, could you make a screenshot of the List Editor, showing the results ?
  • Have you checked the settings in the Preferences > MIDI > MIDI Filter panel ?
  • How is your controller connected to the computer (MIDI DIN, USB) ?
  • Any Input Transformer activated settings that could go in the way ?
