Cubase 13 will not show video on Windows

Unfortunately, not on every system. I have all the codecs, tried all the drivers from the past 18 months, even installed Windows 11. Videos that play in Cubase 9.5, 10, 11 and 12 will under no circumstance play in Cubase 13. Only Apple’s gargantuan ProRes videos will play. Even with this update. I’ve tried old MP4s, downloaded from YouTube MP4s, recorded on my phone MP4s, rendered with VEGAS MP4s, used Handbrake and a couple of other converters, any frame rate, any size or shape. Still, none of them will play.
But!
They all play in Windows Media player, VLC, Firefox, Edge, Vivaldi, VEGAS, and at least the last 4 major versions of Cubase.
Cubase is the bad boy.

I still say it’s a hardware acceleration issue. Using my previous GPU (AMD 6700 XT), which doesn’t recognise HA, C13 had no video issues. My newer AMD 7900 XTX - issues in C13, and only in C13. And AMD drivers only support HA in Windows 11, not Windows 10.

I posted a video in another thread with Cubase 11, I think, alongside Cubase 13, in real time (I have a 5120 x 1440 monitor). I’ll see if I can find it and add a link to it.
Here we go:

Have the same problem in c14. Tried different codecs
