Cubase cannot read the input ports of my Apollo Twin Quad interface, it shows the input ports, but does not play the audio, sometimes it reads input 1, but when I record it records the audio with failure. When I open my interface in Studio One it identifies all the inputs and records the audio without fail, with this I deduce that the fault is not in the interface but in the Cubase platform, I have been using the program for 13 years and it has never failed me, I am waiting for something solution on your part.

Make sure Cubase has enabled Mic in the System Preferences, please.
Open macOS System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone. Enable Cubase here.
