Since using this Cubase update , some VST instruments are irregularly detuned. For example the tone A is not the regular 440hz , but is has 448 hz. (terrible sound)
Practising Cubase for a long time - some years- is has never happend before!
Example:
The instruments HALION SONIC 7 / Iconica Sketch / basses or flute a.s.o. are detuned.
Another instrument at the same time playing
HALION SONIC 7 / Sonic Selection/Yamaha S90 ES Piano is not detuned.
The other instruments in Sonic Selections are also detuned.
I did make my “homework again”. So I found the reason.
The keyboard “M Audio Keystation 61 MK3” did send after some minutes suddenly "pitch bend " data continuously.
So I made a Controller Reset on this Keyboard and so no more detuning for some minutes.
After some minutes the same detuning/ "pitch bend " data continuously sending from the keyboard. The pitch weel is defect.
Great help was the MIDI Monitoring within CUBASE Software! Here I did see endless data incoming from the keyboard.
