Cuz like why is it not there yet 
?? I can not see any reason for this. I would really like to forget about the floating bar but I can’t because of this single unit 
Thanks, I’m fine with just one bar. Unfortunately, there are many more features available in the top bar that aren’t accessible in the bottom bar. So, I suppose it’s more reasonable to ask for one feature to be added to the top bar rather than requesting multiple tools to be added to the bottom bar, right?
And vica-versa, as they are aimed at different purposes, although a bunch of items are common to both. I think both toolbars should have a superset available that includes everything in either toolbar.
You should add a feature request tag to your topic so the devs will see it.
