Hello everyone.

I use the touch portal application (streamdesk application on my tablet) for keyboard shortcuts. Unfortunately, since I installed cubase 14, Cubase and Touch portal are apparently incompatible.
Touch portal works very well with cubase 13 and all my other applications (word, Excell… etc). I can open cubase 14 from TP, but the keyboard shortcuts in cubase do not work.
However, they work very well on my keyboard, so it is not a question of assigning them in C14.

If anyone has a solution?

I assume you created macros and PLEs to make your shortcuts work.
Make sure your keycommands folder is also in Cubase 14.

Thanks for these few answers. In fact, it was me who did not realize that most of the keyboard shortcuts I had created in Cubase 13 had reset themselves the first time I opened Cubase 14. So, my problem is solved, I have to redo all my shortcuts to my liking.
